This document sets out the shipping policy and return policy for our company.
It applies to customer’s that make a purchase from us, either from our website or from another retail platform, where our products are available to be purchased. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team via email.
Shipping Policy
Shipping options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout, on the individual e-commerce platforms eg. Amazon.
The shipping costs and estimated delivery times, for using this website, will be updated soon; along with the ability to purchase directly from us.
All orders will be processed and dispatched the same day, or, the next business day.
Delivery Address and P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Orders
If you can not find any of our Products for sale on an e-commerce platform near you, we do ship Internationally. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Our online research suggests the following, but this is a guideline only. The Internet lists the maximum duty allowance as being the following: U.S. – $800, the U.K. £390 (£135 – £390 VAT may be payable) and, the E.U. and it’s member countries has a 300 Euro limit. Australia has a $900 maximum limit. These are only guidelines; we recommend that you check with your local customs office for exact pricing. Taxes vary from Country to Country, State to State, and, Province to Province. We are unable to calculate these fees for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email and tracking number. You will be able to track your package in real time, on the courier’s website.
Return Policy
With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.
- You must contact us for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return.
- Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. Ship the item as soon as possible within this time-frame, so that it arrives with us, within 45 days of receipt of the item.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service.
- We inspect all returned items. The product must be new, unused, and in it’s original condition and box, including all parts and original packaging.
- We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company. We do not accept COD. We recommend that you keep your shipping receipt as proof should the return be lost by the courier or in the mail; and, in the case of any lost items please contact the courier directly.
- We will refund the cost of the merchandise, and, shipping charges, if the return is a result of our error or if it’s a defective product.
- When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited, once your return has been processed.
- If an item is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us by email within 10 days, upon receipt of the package, so that our customer care specialists can explain what steps need to be taken.
